As I inquired of the Lord about 2024, the Year of the Door, I heard the Lord say, "I am the Commission! The door is open, for I am the open door! I am going to open more and more. Be ready for doors to open that no man can shut."
Angelic Visitations, Healing, Miracles and Deliverance
Then I heard this very clearly: "I am the door. The door is open for visitations. Yes, angelic beings will be sent to help! The door is open for healing. Yes, many will begin to see miracles. The door is open for deliverance. Yes, many will be set freed from addictions and chronic illnesses.
"The DOOR IS OPEN! Yet, you have allowed yourself to be cloistered behind closed doors. I say they are OPEN, and be ready! For I am releasing the Great Commission to My Church once more, and many will begin to talk about it."
The Great Commission:
"Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, 'All authority in Heaven and on Earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.'" (Matthew 28:16-20)
He Is Looking for Those Who Will Ask, Seek, and Knock
My mind was flooded with so many needs out there: sickness, depression, financial instability, loneliness – the list went on.
I began to hear this song in my spirit:
Come, now is the time to worshipCome, now is the time to give your heart...
I sang it softly.
Suddenly, I heard a door slam shut! I got up to look, and nothing.
"Ahh," I said, "show me more, O Lord. I am listening."
"I am the door," said the Lord. "Come in My name. Come into My presence. Come and let Me show you the way! I have strategic plans in every direction and am looking for those who will listen and obey. So now I say Matthew 7:7: 'Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.'" (Photo via Flickr)
I said, "What shall we ask of You, O Lord?"
He said, "Ask of Me Psalm 2:8: 'Ask of Me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.'
"I said ask of Me for the heathen. The lost, the broken, the weary, the sick, the young, the elderly, and all in between need Me. I said ask," said the Lord. "Ask in My name. Ask in your prayers. Ask, and I will lead you.
"Do not ask for what has been," said the Lord. "Ask for what is opening unto you now. I am the doorway to life. 'Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbed up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber' (John 10:1).
"But, 'I know the plans I have for YOU...' (Jeremiah 29:11).
Be Wise and Love
"Now... a reminder. Remember I have warned you in 1 Corinthians 16:9: 'For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.' Yes, you will see adversaries. But I said this, and I will take care of them. But be wise and love. No matter what, LOVE!
The Great Commission
"Ask of Me for wisdom, ask of Me for discernment. Ask of Me, and I will respond," said the Lord. "For there is going to be an awakening of the GREAT COMMISSION.
"Go now into all the earth and preach the Gospel to every living creature. YES, YOU CAN!"
"And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, 'All authority has been given to Me in Heaven and on Earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.' Amen." (Matthew 28:18-20)
