Herb bread is delicious

Ingredients
2 Teaspoons Instant Yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 Warm Water
3 Cps Flour
1-3/4 Tablespoons Salt
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1-1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped fine or 1 Teaspoon dried
1-1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme Chopped or 1 Teaspoon Dried
1/4 Tablespoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Proof yeast with warm water and sugar (I proof in the microwave with low light).
After it foams,
in a large bowl add flour, herbs, salt, and oil all to the yeast mixture.
Knead by hand on a lightly floured surface or mixer until smooth and elastic.
Proof again with cover. I use a plastic cover in the microwave, but you can easily proof on a warm counter.
Let rise until double in size.
After the rise, punch down and prepare your bread pan.
Use parchment paper or just use oil. I use a spray olive oil.
I roll into a tight roll and place in bread pan. This could be a regular bread pan or a round one. The choice is yours.
Let rise again.
As dough is rising, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Once dough has doubled, bake until done, about 30 minutes, but watch it. Thump it; if the sound is hollow, it's done.
Remove from oven and take out of pan let stand until cool then enjoy.
